Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Suona fashion piece — each product is handcrafted with care and personalized just for you. If something’s not right, please read below for information about returns, exchanges, and your legal rights.

1. No Returns for Personalized Products

As all Suona products are custom-made and personalized, they are excluded from return or exchange according to §18 (1) Z 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance Selling Act). This means we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • A photo of the product and packaging

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund if the fault lies with us.

3. Conditions for Approved Returns

If a return is accepted:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • You must send the item back within 14 days of return approval
  • We recommend using tracked shipping — Suona is not responsible for lost return parcels
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection

4. Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item, defect): We cover return shipping costs

5. EU Right of Withdrawal (for Non-Custom Items Only)

If you purchase a non-personalized product, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, send a clear cancellation notice by email.

Please note: Personalized or made-to-order products are not covered under the EU right of withdrawal.
