1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via the online shop at www.suona.at operated by Susanne Kremsner-Forsthuber (hereinafter referred to as “Suona”) and form the basis of the contractual relationship between the seller and the customer.

3. Product Information

Suona offers textile fashion products made of certified organic cotton, personalized with high-quality Austrian crystals.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The product display in the online shop is a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer. A contract is concluded only once Suona confirms the order by email.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Bank Transfer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Austria and selected EU countries. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and personalization. The expected delivery time is indicated in the product description. Suona is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g. shipping carriers).

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

Personalized and custom-made products are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal (§ 18 FAGG). For non-personalized items, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us via email.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, returns and exchanges are only possible in case of defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged or incorrect.

9. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. For handcrafted and personalized products, slight variations in color, shape, or crystal placement are part of the handmade process and not grounds for complaint. Suona is not liable for minor, acceptable deviations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (product images, designs, text, logo) is the intellectual property of Suona and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is the court responsible for their place of residence. For business clients, the competent court at the registered address of Suona shall have jurisdiction.
